Purchase returns
Within 14 days, if the product you bought in the online store www.bernumode.lv did not fit in size, does not suit you or you find a defect, you have the opportunity to exchange the product for another or return your money.
Rules for the exchange or return of goods
Exchange or refund is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, there is no possibility to exchange underwear.
Please note that items without tags or in worn condition cannot be returned.

You will need to fill out a download opt-out form, and mail the item along with the form.
The cost of sending the goods back is covered by the buyer.
